SLOAN & GERARD CONSULTING is a relatively new consulting firm, bringing together two highly qualified organizational development specialists who each have a broad range of experience, knowledge and capability. We began our professional relationship as colleagues in Appleton, Wisconsin, through our mutual involvement in the Quality/Productivity Resources Center (Q/PRC), which Debra directed. In addition to our professional relationship, we have also cultivated a wonderful personal friendship and commitment to one another, culminating in our marriage
in October, 1996.
