Realizing Executive Power: Authentic Leadership

This session defining Authentic Leadership, and explores the leader characteristics and behaviors required to cultivate such leadership. Creating engagement is easy…sustaining it is not, and requires authenticity. The session will define the relationship between authority, responsibility and accountability, and emphasizes that vision is a shared process. Engagement requires co-authorship and four steps in cultivating engagement in the work will be applied in actual participant provided case studies.


All sessions are 4-6 hours in duration, highly interactive, and includes case studies, self-assessment tools, and worksheets helpful in mapping out application of session learning.
