Change Means Breaking the Rules!

If you are a leader, you are changing things! And many times, change initiatives fail. This seminar explores why change efforts fail, and offers a change model that shows where change often fails, and how to go about addressing potential failure. It highlights steps in dealing with resistance to change (there is always resistance), and the need to do away with the old rules to create new ones. Finally, it will offer an approach for dealing with insubordination – the acid test of leadership. This session is about integrating the expectation of change into the culture.

Note:

All sessions are 4-6 hours in duration, highly interactive, and includes case studies, self-assessment tools, and worksheets helpful in mapping out application of session learning.
