Leading from Mind, Heart and Spirit: creating purpose at work

This session focuses on the teachings in Roger’s book Owning the Room, and participants will have the opportunity to apply the principles of leadership to real world situations from their own experience. The highlights include: leading from the rational (mind), from authentic care (heart), and from purpose (spirit). It will address challenges you will face as you build mind, heart and spirit into the culture.

Note:

All sessions are 4-6 hours in duration, highly interactive, and includes case studies, self-assessment tools, and worksheets helpful in mapping out application of session learning.
