Cynics, Apathetics and Naysayers: dealing with marginal performers
We all have known some of these characters. This session is about respect, power and goal alignment. It explores how to identify marginal performance behaviors, three steps to help them change and four steps to take if they don’t change. It also shows how to deal with those around them who are influenced by them.
All sessions are 4-6 hours in duration, highly interactive, and includes case studies, self-assessment tools, and worksheets helpful in mapping out application of session learning.
