Real Dialogue: Opening the Channels When People Hesitate to Talk
People misunderstand what dialogue is. A frequent leader question: “Why won’t people talk to me?!” This session explores what real dialogue is, and what it is not. It studies the factors that inhibit open conversation, and the steps to create productive dialogue in the workplace. It also explores Issues that will emerge in open dialogue, and how to create an expectation of open dialogue in the culture.
All sessions are 4-6 hours in duration, highly interactive, and includes case studies, self-assessment tools, and worksheets helpful in mapping out application of session learning.
